Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract position serving vibrant students across elementary, middle, and high school settings as a School Psychologist. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with educational teams to support student success and well-being, all while gaining valuable experience across multiple grade levels.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field (required) Current and valid Kentucky school psychologist license Experience working within elementary, middle, or high school environments preferred Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and document findings Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) meetings Provide direct counseling, intervention, and crisis support to students as needed Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on strategies to improve student outcomes Develop and implement behavior intervention plans Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state regulations Advocate for student needs and contribute to creating safe and positive school climates This contract opportunity provides a chance to broaden your professional impact, engage with a diverse student population, and collaborate with passionate educational professionals.
