Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience working within school settings Strong background in pediatric assessment and intervention Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Passion for fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results to inform interventions and supports Develop and assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultative services to students, staff, and families Collaborate in the Response to Intervention (RTI) process and crisis intervention initiatives Maintain thorough documentation and uphold professional ethics and student confidentiality Participate in school meetings, professional development, and team-based support processes
