What You'll Do:
Provide individual and group psychological assessments and therapy sessions Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs Document clinical interactions accurately in accordance with facility guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care Participate in regular supervision and staff meetings Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Support crisis interventions as needed
What You Need:
Valid Licensed Clinical Psychologist credential in Massachusetts At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle a diverse patient population with sensitivity and professionalism
Preferred:
