Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist (or eligibility for certification in MA) Experience working collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities Proficient with IEP processes and state/federal special education regulations Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and share findings effectively with school teams Participate in eligibility meetings, student interventions, and planning sessions Develop, monitor, and support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver short-term counseling to students and collaborate on behavioral intervention plans when needed Provide consultation to educators and families regarding learning and behavioral concerns Help foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate This contract opportunity is ideal for those who want to have a meaningful impact within schools in the Natick, MA area while enjoying the flexibility and variety of contract placement.
