What We're Looking For:
Current and valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued Strong background in providing counseling and support services to diverse student populations Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school teams Adaptable and compassionate approach to meet students varying needs Readiness to begin by mid-December and commit through May, possibly longer
Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group counseling to K-12 students Conduct assessments and support the implementation of appropriate interventions Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student concerns and programming Help develop and monitor individualized education and behavioral plans Participate in team meetings to support the emotional and academic growth of students Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all district and state guidelines
