Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Current or eligible certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts Previous experience in school settings preferred, working with elementary, middle, or high school students Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and communication abilities Commitment to evidence-based practices, equity, and diversity in education

Responsibilities & Position Highlights:

Provide comprehensive psychological services including evaluation, counseling, and consultation for students Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments Help create a safe, supportive learning environment by implementing crisis intervention and prevention strategies Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to student needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer data-driven insights to inform school decision-making Support Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives and social-emotional learning programming Here, you'll have the chance to make a significant difference in the educational journey of each student you work with.
