Job Description

On behalf of a long-time partnering School District, Soliant is arranging interviews for a full-time School Psychologist near the Hughesville Maryland area for the 26/27 School Year. This position offers the opportunity to join a supportive district with a highly collaborative Special Education Team, and, in a unique show of flexibility, this district is open to HYBRID candidates, NEW GRADs, and Out Of State Applicants willing to get their MD State Psych license once hired. (Soliant would support this process). On top of this, many contractors are often renewed year over year.

Schedule:
Full-time - 35 Hours a
Week Caseload:
Itinerant between two closely located schools, based on candidates age and location preference (where possible). District is K12.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students from elementary through 12th grade (see above caseload notes) Administer and interpret a variety of assessments Prepare detailed evaluation reports and present findings to multidisciplinary teams Participate in eligibility, IEP, and other special education meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student outcomes As team capacity grows, provide consultation and evidence-based strategies to educators regarding cognitive and learning needs Required to

Apply Compensation:
Local Hourly Pay:
Ranges from $45-54 based on experience.
Travel Candidates Pay:
Travelers may be eligible for hourly + travel stipends. Speak with recruiter to estimate possible packages.
