Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A travel opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support educational settings in Augusta, ME. This role involves working directly with students, educators, and families to assess and address various psychological and educational needs within school environments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans. Provide counseling and support services to students to promote social-emotional wellbeing. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring. Travel between assigned schools within the Augusta area to deliver consistent psychological services.
Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting psychological assessments and interpreting findings. Strong knowledge of educational and psychological principles applicable to K-12 students. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel between school sites as required.

Augusta, Maine, with travel between schools within the region.
