School Psychologist - Charlotte, MI School Psychologist (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within a school district in Charlotte, MI . This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success of students. Position Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services. Interpret assessment data and develop comprehensive evaluation reports. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and eligibility determinations. Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and interventions. Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans and positive behavioral supports. Monitor student progress and recommend evidence-based strategies to promote academic and behavioral success. Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to a positive school climate. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal special education regulations. Qualifications Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid Michigan School Psychologist credential or eligibility for certification. Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing comprehensive reports. Strong knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Early Childhood experience preferred. Preferred Experience Experience working with preschool and early childhood populations. Familiarity with developmental assessments and early intervention services.
