We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide professional psychological services in an on-site healthcare setting in Appleton, Minnesota 56208 . This is a mid-level, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $180,952-$190,000 annually .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional psychological assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' psychological and behavioral health needs. Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and related evaluations. Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records. Collaborate with healthcare and multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care. Follow applicable professional, ethical, legal, and organizational standards. Provide psychological services in a manner consistent with the needs of the assigned population and care environment.
Required Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited college or university. Current and unrestricted Minnesota Psychology License . Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience , including at least 1 year of experience in a comparable position . Valid driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age . Strong clinical, communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous corrections or detention center experience is highly preferred. Experience working with complex behavioral health or justice-involved populations is a plus. Why Consider This Opportunity?
