Preferred experience includes:

National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP), or eligibility. History of consultative and intervention support within an MTSS framework. Leadership skills with experience guiding and supporting adult learners. Familiarity with crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention. Strong collaboration, communication, and rapport-building with diverse families and staff. Excellent knowledge of special education laws and compliance. Successful practice in urban or multicultural educational communities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing interventions, supporting students social-emotional needs, complying with legal/ethical guidelines, and providing consultation to educators and families. Contract compensation is determined following interview and review of credentials and experience, as this role is union partnered with the district.
