Key Qualifications:

Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB) Demonstrated dedication to equity, cultural responsiveness, and inclusive practices Extensive knowledge of evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health support for K-12 Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities to foster trust among varied stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility Experience consulting and supporting within an MTSS framework Proven leadership and adult facilitation skills Expertise in crisis prevention, intervention, postvention, and mental health strategies Deep understanding of federal and state special education laws and compliance Background in urban/multicultural education preferred
