Qualifications:

Active Minnesota School Psychologist license (MN Psych License required) Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field Previous experience in a K-12 educational environment strongly preferred Familiarity with special education programs, state/federal guidelines, and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for students referred for special education services Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop interventions and behavior management plans Provide direct counseling and psychoeducational support as needed Assist in the development and monitoring of IEPs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state/district protocols
