Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new production line as one of it's first employees! You'll help establish production standards, optimize processes, and conduct recipe testing on newly installed equipment to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, process improvement, and the excitement of shaping how a new manufacturing operation runs from day one. Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Production Worker III to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.00

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
This is a new role at our facility in Eden Prairie. In this opportunity you will have the chance to take part in testing out new manufacturing operations here in the twin cities.PRODUCTION WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Production Workers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as: Perform routine production and packaging tasks according to established procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements. Prepare ingredients, raw materials, packaging supplies, and work areas for scheduled production runs. Assist with operating assigned processing or packaging equipment under direction and according to standard procedures. Follow recipes, batch sheets, product specifications, and production schedules for soups, dressings, and other food products. Complete basic in-process quality checks, temperature checks, code date verification, and required production records. Pack, label, stack, palletize, and move finished product in accordance with company standards and standard operating procedures. Report product, quality, sanitation, safety, or equipment concerns promptly to the supervisor or appropriate team member. Clean equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and work areas to maintain sanitary conditions. Comply with all GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety requirements. Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals and support efficient operations.OUR IDEAL PROCESS HELPER
