This contract opportunity begins August 20, 2026, and runs through June 3, 2027, with a structured full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Valid Minnesota BCBA license is required Background in school psychology or related school-based services preferred Familiarity with K-12 educational environments Strong communication, collaboration, and consultative skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans Any district- or state-mandated certifications must be current

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and interpret data to guide interventions Develop and maintain individualized behavior plans in collaboration with educational teams Train and consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding behavioral supports Monitor progress, prepare reports, and adjust plans based on student response Actively participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as required Serve as a resource for up-to-date research and best practices in behavioral analysis
