Key Qualifications:

Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Active Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB) Demonstrated commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive support Deep experience with evidence-based school psychological services: assessment, intervention, & mental health support Strong knowledge of federal/state special education law & compliance

Preferred Experience:

National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility Background in consultation, MTSS problem-solving, and intervention support Leadership and facilitation skills with a proven ability to support adult learners Expertise in crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention Successful experience serving urban and multicultural student populations

Role Responsibilities:
