What you bring:

Current and active Minnesota School Psychologist certification or licensure Demonstrated experience developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) utilizing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Strong ability to interpret and implement state and federal educational statutes, codes, rules, and regulations Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, administrators, and families Key responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations, consultations, and direct support to students Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create, implement, and monitor IEP goals and PBSPs that address individual student needs Perform Functional Behavior Assessments to inform targeted intervention strategies Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, ensuring ethical and effective practice Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff to support a safe and inclusive learning environment This is an onsite, 40-hour-per-week assignment dedicated to making a tangible difference in students' lives.
