Licensed Psychologist Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Psychologist to provide comprehensive mental health services within our organization. The ideal candidate will conduct neuropsychological and psychological testing, perform mental health assessments, and deliver a range of mental health services to diverse client populations. This role requires a licensed professional committed to improving mental well-being through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. Duties Conduct psychological testing to evaluate clients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Perform thorough mental health assessments to diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, or family mental health services tailored to client needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care approaches. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Stay current with advancements in psychological research and best practices to enhance service quality. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies. Adhere to ethical standards and licensing requirements in all professional activities. Requirements Valid licensure as a Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for licensure. Proven experience in psychological testing, mental health assessments, and delivering mental health services. Strong knowledge of psychological theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment modalities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
