Key Requirements:

Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent. Valid Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB. Dedication to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive student support. Skilled in evidence-based school psychology practices: assessment, intervention, and mental health initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP), or eligibility. Proven ability supporting MTSS, consultation, and staff problem-solving in diverse school environments. Leadership and facilitation strengths to guide and influence adult learners. In-depth knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health support systems. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration talents. Familiarity with special education laws, compliance, and IEP regulations. Experience serving in urban, multicultural educational settings.
