Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Must hold a current Minnesota BCBA license Expertise in school-based behavior analysis and psychological services Experience working within educational settings as a School Psychologist or similar Ability to manage diverse caseloads and tailor interventions to individual needs Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments Familiarity with state and district compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral and consultative services to students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform interventions Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines Promote best practices for supporting students social, emotional, and academic development
