Required Qualifications:

Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB) Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery Expertise in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health supports

Preferred Qualities:

National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility Experience consulting within a Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) framework Demonstrated leadership and adult facilitation skills Proficiency in crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health support Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration capabilities Thorough knowledge of federal and state special education compliance Prior success in urban and multicultural school environments
