Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license required Hands-on experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS/MnMTSS) Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Background in crisis prevention, threat assessment, and supporting school mental health initiatives Ability to design and provide professional development for educators Knowledge of culturally responsive assessment and instructional practices

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education and related services Interpret assessment data and communicate results clearly to families and educational stakeholders Prepare thorough written reports in alignment with Minnesota Department of Education and federal standards Participate in all phases of evaluations, including initial evaluations, reevaluations, and independent educational evaluations Serve as an integral member of Child Study, Problem Solving, and IEP teams, actively collaborating to support student needs Provide individual and small-group interventions addressing social-emotional learning, behavior, and crisis situations Youll play a vital role in supporting students academic, behavioral, and emotional growth, working collaboratively within a school community committed to student success.
