Qualifications:
Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent. Valid Minnesota school psychologist license from PELSB. Commitment to equity, culturally responsive approaches, and inclusive educational practices. Expertise in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health support.
Preferred:
NCSP or NCSP eligibility. Experience in MTSS, consultation, and intervention support. Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of crisis management, intervention, and mental health practices. Familiarity with federal/state special education regulations. Successful work in urban, multicultural educational settings.
Responsibilities:
Deliver K-12 school psychology services (not early childhood). Work full-time or part-time, in-person or hybrid, during regular school hours (8am-4pm). Provide evaluations, consultation, intervention, and mental health support. Collaborate with staff, families, and administrators to support student needs. Uphold standards of equity, inclusion, and legal compliance.
