Your essential qualifications include:

Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Active Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB Dedication to equity, culturally responsive strategies, and inclusive service delivery Solid grounding in evidence-based practices, covering assessment, intervention, and mental health supports Ideal candidates will also have: National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or be NCSP-eligible Experience with MTSS frameworks, providing consultation and intervention support Leadership skills to guide and influence adult learners Proficiency in crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention In-depth knowledge of federal and state special education laws and compliance Familiarity with multicultural, urban educational environments Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders As a vital member of the team, you'll be responsible for comprehensive K-12 psychological services. This includes assessment, consultation, participation in multidisciplinary teams, and helping to develop equitable and proactive student support systems.
