Job Description

Make a meaningful difference supporting students in a dynamic school environment as a skilled School Psychologist. Key Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a closely related field Comprehensive understanding of child development, behavioral intervention strategies, and special education processes Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments, developing IEPs, and recommending interventions Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with staff, families, and outside agencies Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt solutions to support diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs Provide direct and consultative support for students with learning, emotional, or behavioral concerns Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Serve as an active team member in multidisciplinary meetings, providing expertise in psycho-educational diagnosis and recommendations Implement and support evidence-based interventions, including crisis management as needed Promote a positive learning environment that strengthens students emotional and academic growth This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while working within a supportive, mission-driven educational community.
