$50-54/hour School Psychologist - Full Time | Gastonia, NC | 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $54/hour

Position Details:

K-12 Caseload Starting August 2026 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday About the Role Hello, School Psychologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K-12 school setting in Gastonia, NC . In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations What We're Looking For NCDPI License in School Psychology Must have LPA license from North Carolina Psychology Board Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills NASP membership a plus About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
