Two-year post-doctoral fellowship position in adult neuropsychology in a beautiful coastal town MARS Memory-Health Network is pleased to announce a postdoctoral fellowship position available in adult neuropsychology. In accordance with Houston Conference guidelines (Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology, 1998, 13, 160-166), fellows receive intensive residency training in the science and practice of clinical neuropsychology, with an emphasis on assessment, as well as experiences in research, treatment, and teaching. Fellows are expected to be eligible for board certification in clinical neuropsychology by the completion of their postdoctoral training. The postdoctoral position includes weekly outpatient neuropsychological evaluations at MARS Memory-Health Network, one day per week in the department of neurology and psychiatry at Novant Health for inpatient experience and didactics under the supervision of a neurologist. They will also receive weekly supervision from a board certified neuropsychologist, which also satisfies the requirements needed for licensure in NC. Postdocs will have the opportunity to provide supervision to PhD students completing their assessment practicum and to assist with educating medical residents about the role of neuropsychology (2 days per year the medical residents shadow our doctors and postdocs). MINIMUM Education and Experience:

Applicants should have received their PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program, completed an APA-accredited internship, and should be licensed or license-eligible at the doctoral level in the state of North Carolina.
