This role is built for a fellow who wants to focus on quality patient care while accruing supervised hours toward New Jersey licensure, supported by full administrative infrastructure and weekly supervision. What We Offer Fully equipped office space, with full administrative support so you can focus on clinical work. A caseload built around your availability and preferences. Weekly individual and group supervision, plus case consultations, geared toward professional development and best practices. Supervised clinical hours compliant with New Jersey Board of Psychological Examiners requirements (up to 1,750 hours per year toward the postdoctoral experience mandate). A flexible, self-directed schedule. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision. Maintain a caseload of up to 20 patients per week, providing psychotherapy to individuals and families presenting with anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, and related concerns. Keep accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in weekly supervision to review cases and track progress toward NJ licensure. Stay current in the field through ongoing education and training. Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution. Eligibility for a provisional or limited permit to practice in New Jersey as a post-doctoral fellow. Pre-doctoral internship experience or equivalent in mental health counseling. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport across diverse patient populations. Experience or willingness to work with adults, children, families, and couples is a plus. Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality. Compensation and Schedule $75.00 per hour. Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with self-directed scheduling.
