$55,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure About Complete Behavioral Health Nonviolence Works, Inc. / Complete Behavioral Health is growing, and we are looking for passionate and dedicated Master's-level clinicians to join our Albuquerque team. We are actively seeking Spanish-speaking clinicians who are passionate about serving children, adults, and families in our community. Spanish language skills are highly valued as we work to expand access to culturally responsive behavioral health services. Position Overview As a Clinician with Complete Behavioral Health, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy while developing and managing a clinical caseload. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and have opportunities to provide services in our outpatient setting as well as community-based environments. Clinical responsibilities include conducting intakes and assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic services, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating discharge and follow-up care. Our clinicians work with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance clients and are supported by a collaborative team dedicated to quality behavioral health services. Qualifications We are seeking Master's-level clinicians with one or more of the following credentials:

Spanish-speaking clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional clinical counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities. Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Work collaboratively with Community Support Workers within the Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) program. Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 30 billable client contact hours per week for full-time clinicians. Conduct intake evaluations and Comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments. Develop and maintain individualized Treatment Plans. Complete clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Develop discharge and follow-up care plans. Provide services in a variety of settings, including the clinical office, community locations, and client homes as needed. Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and documentation. Participate in program planning, activities, and community outings as appropriate. Demonstrate initiative, independence, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities. Assist with program evaluation and data collection. Complete required billing documentation and submit billing information to the appropriate department. Complete clinical notes, assessments, and treatment plans within 24 hours of the appointment, as required. Attend clinical staff meetings, supervision, and other required meetings.
