Key Qualifications:
Valid certification and licensure as a school psychologist or school social worker Demonstrated experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for elementary students Skilled in assisting educators and staff with effective behavior management strategies across various settings Ability to conduct pre-referral interventions, evaluations, and assessments in accordance with best practices Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Flexible and adaptive to working onsite at multiple school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support plans tailored to individual student needs Provide expert guidance to teachers and staff regarding effective behavioral interventions Conduct thorough assessments and pre-referral activities to support student success Work with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive and supportive learning environments Serve as a resource for families, offering strategies and interventions to encourage positive student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with stakeholders
