Behavior Health Clinic Pay:
Varies per session based on service provided and insurance reimbursement rate. You will receive as compensation, sixty percent (60%) on any amounts collected for the units of service that you deliver in the Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC). $30/hour base rate for internal training, meetings, etc.

Your Impact as a Psychologist in the Behavioral Health Clinic The Psychologist in the Behavioral Health Clinic is responsible for planning and delivering behavioral health services to children and adolescents, and their families. Per Diem Psychologists are paid on a percentage of billing (fee for service) and have access to office space, supplies, computer, reception coverage, scheduling support, and billing services. Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions for children, adolescents, adults and their families with ADHD, autism, disruptive behavior disorders and other mental health or child development concerns. Develop partnerships with local pediatricians, to assist in providing needed behavioral health services Conduct all duties, responsibilities, and daily activities in accordance with current best practice and ethical guidelines Adheres to The Summit Center Core Agency Values of Adaptability, Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity, Optimism, and Respect Adheres to the Summit Center employment policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook including, but not limited to dress code, attendance and punctuality, and Paid Time Off Perform any other duties as requested by your supervisor There is also an opportunity to train and work in a behaviorally-based feeding clinic for children under the age of 12. Licensed Psychologists will be expected to meet a minimum threshold of billable units that will vary based on assignments, and are encouraged to respond to grant and research opportunities. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Ph.D. or Psy.

D. in Psychology. Minimum of 2 years' experience with relevant clinical programs. Demonstrated formal training and/experience in the use of evidence-based practices.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Etc.: NYS license in Psychology required. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
