Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data to determine student needs and eligibility for services. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies and support plans. Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings while providing recommendations that promote student success. Provide consultation on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns using evidence-based practices. Assist with crisis prevention, intervention, and response as needed. Monitor student progress and support data-driven decision-making. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations. Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment. Qualifications Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid New Mexico School Psychologist license/certification or eligibility to obtain licensure. Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
