Qualifications & Experience:

Current School Psychologist licensure for the state of Ohio is required Background working with junior high or adolescent populations strongly preferred Knowledge of state and district education guidelines and compliance Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop intervention strategies, and provide counseling services Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

Deliver psychological assessments, interpret testing results, and participate in student eligibility meetings Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments Support students academic, social, and emotional development through individual or group interventions Develop and implement behavior management and crisis intervention strategies as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Serve as an active participant in multi-disciplinary teams focused on student support and success
