Primary Function and Purpose

In accordance with the established mission, policies and procedures of Cheryl&Co. and/or specific instructions from the Food Production Manager, the position of Cooling Room Attendant is to act in a key position of quality assurance and control between the baking rooms and frosting area and/or product packing.

Coverage Duties and Responsibilities

• Tracking and ensuring product quality and consistency through performing and recording product weight and measurements
  
• Managing and organizing space and positioning of product racks to ensure easy and efficient transportation
  
• Notifying Management / Quality Assurance in case of any product abnormality that would affect product quality Qualifications
  
• Use of scale and caliper necessary
  
• Ability to clearly read & write in English and perform basic math
  
• High School Degree preferred
  
• Previous food production experience preferred
  
• Able to work a 10 hour shift on your feet without issue
• 1st shift: 4:30am-5:30pm (work a 10 hour shift between these times)Primary Function and Purpose
