Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Take the next step in your career as an experienced School Psychologist, supporting students in a dynamic urban district with two full-time contract opportunities available. Both roles are onsite and require a commitment to five full days per week, offering the chance to be a consistent presence for students and staff.

Openings are as follows:

First position: Middle school caseload (grades 6-8), work hours from 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM.

Second position:

Focused at ESA Middle School with the possibility of out-of-district evaluations and overflow responsibilities, work hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. These contract roles are set to begin immediately and run through June 10, 2027.

Key qualifications:

Active certification/licensure as a School Psychologist School-based experience, preferably in an urban environment Proficiency in student evaluations and assessments Ability to complete all Pennsylvanian clearance requirements Familiarity and comfort with diverse student backgrounds Possession of reliable transportation and ability to adhere strictly to stated work hours (no schedule modifications possible) Primary responsibilities: Administer and interpret psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Collaborate with school teams to develop individualized support strategies Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and provide consultative services Deliver support services aligned with school district needs including occasional out-of-district evaluations (second position) Ensure accurate and timely reporting while working alongside educators and families Both roles feature a supportive professional environment, comprehensive onboarding, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to student growth in a well-established district.
