Job Description
Please only contact via indeed. We're looking for an LCSW or licensed psychologist ready to build a long-term career with us. This role starts part-time with a manageable caseload, growing toward full-time as you build referrals and settle into our clinical model. You'll treat children and adolescents with anxiety and OCD, and work with parents using evidence-based, parent-mediated approaches. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children/adolescents using CBT, ERP, and ACT Deliver SPACE and PMT to parents/caregivers Build a part-time caseload (in-person and/or telehealth) toward full-time Collaborate with our clinical director on case consultation Participate in ongoing training in our core treatment models Qualifications Active LCSW or licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in NJ; NY licensure a plus Experience with child/adolescent anxiety, OCD, or related presentations CBT/ERP experience required; SPACE, ACT, or PMT experience preferred (training provided) Looking for long-term growth, not a short-term or side-gig role Strong communication skills with parents, not just kids
