This role is responsible for creating a welcoming patient experience while efficiently managing front-office and dental insurance responsibilities. Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying dental insurance benefits, submitting and following up on insurance claims, reviewing treatment estimates and patient financial responsibilities, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both patients and insurance companies. Previous dental front desk and dental insurance experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who provides excellent customer service, works well as part of a team, and is excited to grow with Lumina Dental.
Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
