Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our practice to provide therapy and optionally psychological testing services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health assessment, psychotherapy, and behavioral health interventions. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will also provide comprehensive psychological services to diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Your expertise will support diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions ensuring the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based care. We are open to hiring developing clinicians such as interns and post docs for the position as well. We have established testing psychologists that can mentor, supervise, and provide guidance. Duties Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral health techniques. Develop tailored treatment plans addressing mental health conditions including PTSD, addiction, autism spectrum disorders, and disabilities. Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate client care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and managing clinical records. Engage in telehealth consultations to expand access to mental health services for remote or underserved populations. If interested, conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing standardized testing and clinical interviews. Skills Experience in individual counseling, treating adults as well as adolescents. Ideal candidates will have experience in child & family counseling, working with children and adolescents across various settings such as schools or clinics. Ability to conduct psychological testing, behavioral assessments, and diagnostic evaluations effectively. Expertise in evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, client centered, ACT, or other modalities. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and medical records management. Competence in providing telehealth services using secure platforms to ensure seamless patient engagement. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and diverse patient populations.
