Job Description

We is seeking a qualified Treatment Director to provide clinical oversight and support for children and young adults receiving behavioral health and treatment services. Qualifications Must be a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, physician, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMSW with a related master's degree . Minimum of 3 years of experience providing treatment to children or young adults with emotional or behavioral disorders. At least 1 year of experience in a residential or structured treatment setting . Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health services. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills. Experience working with children and youth in foster care is preferred. Must be located within 50 miles of Kaufman, TX Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and guidance for children and young adults receiving mental and behavioral health services. Participate in treatment planning and service planning meetings. Collaborate with therapists, case managers, foster parents, and other providers. Monitor treatment progress and provide clinical recommendations. Collaborate with Program Directors to verify the continued need for specialized care. Ensure services are individualized, trauma-informed, and child-centered. Provide clinical guidance during crisis situations and placement concerns. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and support quality services.
Pay:
$33.52 - $38.89 per hour
