We are currently expanding our specialized services to include Psychological Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) for local school districts across Riverside County, and we are looking for highly qualified psychological evaluators to partner with us! The Role We are seeking qualified, licensed and/or credentialed Clinical Psychologists, School Psychologists, Licensed Educational Psychologists (LEPs), and Neuropsychologists to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors . In this role, you will conduct requested Independent Educational Evaluations—such as Full Psycho-Educational Assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Neuropsychological Evaluations, and Academic Achievement Assessments—for local school districts. Assessments are conducted in person, but of course all prep work, report-writing time, etc. is done at a location of your choice. We receive IEE opportunities all over Riverside County. Instead of having to market yourself, we utilize our resources and district connections to bring these evaluation opportunities directly to you. Our administrative team will handle the district contracting, billing, and logistical coordination behind the scenes, allowing you to focus purely on what you do best: evaluating and supporting students! Because you can accept evaluations as your availability allows, this is the perfect position for a private practitioner or a district school psychologist looking to supplement their income with incredibly rewarding, flexible work.

Qualifications Required Credentials:

Must be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist , OR hold a valid PPS Credential as a School Psychologist , OR be a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP), or Licensed/Credentialed Neuropsychologist in California.

Experience:

Proven clinical/educational experience conducting comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations, FBAs, and/or neuropsychological evaluations.

Location:

Must be located in Riverside County to conduct in-person 1:1 assessments and school observations.

Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable with technology and learning digital platforms (EMR, Google Drive, etc.).

Logistics:

Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Interpersonal:

Enjoy collaborating with families, school staff, and colleagues, while also thriving in the autonomy an independent contractor position provides. Responsibilities Conduct direct 1:1 student testing and assessments. Perform school/classroom observations as required for the specific evaluation type. Review prior evaluations, relevant medical/academic records, and student progress. Draft thorough, compliant, and clearly written evaluation reports prior to scheduled IEP meetings. Attend IEP team meetings to present your findings and recommendations.

Compensation Note:

Please note that this position is paid on a per-evaluation flat-rate basis . Contractors earn between $1,000 - $3,000 per completed evaluation . Anytime we let you know about an IEE opportunity, we will also let you know the rate for that IEE upfront . This flat rate varies depending on the specific assessment type (e.g., Academic, FBA, Full Psycho-Educational, Neuropsychological) and the evaluator's specific credentials/qualifications (as district approved rates often vary based on licensure type). The hourly rate listed in this job post is an estimate based on the average time required to complete the evaluation from start to finish (including prep, testing, report writing, and IEP attendance).
