$90,965.40 - $109,549.73 Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Saint Clair Shores, MI. This hybrid, 1099 independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule and a balanced mix of telehealth and in-person clinical services. This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, evidence-based practice, and collaborative care within a supportive, mission-driven environment. Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, psychological assessments, and intake appointments Develop, implement, and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and related modalities) Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults Deliver therapy through secure telehealth platforms to increase accessibility and continuity of care Collaborate with physicians, educators, case managers, and allied health professionals to support integrated treatment planning Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation Provide specialized therapeutic interventions for PTSD, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and geriatric populations Perform psychological testing, reassessments, and ongoing treatment plan reviews (If applicable) Supervise, mentor, or support interns and early-career clinicians Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, or clinical research activities as appropriate Required Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license in the state of Michigan Experience providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families Strong background in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, addiction recovery, etc.) Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnostic formulation, and clinical report writing Working knowledge of EMR systems, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and HIPAA compliance standards Preferred experience in outpatient, inpatient, or school-based clinical settings Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and inclusive care Why Join Our Team As a 1099 contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility and independence of private practice while benefiting from the support of a collaborative and clinically engaged team.
