We are a growing private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team and specialize in the evidence-based treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions . We currently have a strong need for an OCD and anxiety specialist and are looking for a psychologist who enjoys providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment and wants to continue developing their expertise in this area. This is a W-2 employed position with significant scheduling flexibility. Clinical work is primarily in person at our Scottsdale office, with the option to incorporate telehealth when appropriate. Our practice handles the administrative side of clinical work, including credentialing, billing, collections, marketing, client acquisition, scheduling support, and practice operations , so our psychologists can focus their time and energy on providing excellent clinical care. You do not need to already be an expert in every OCD treatment modality. We provide training, clinical consultation, and support for psychologists who want to deepen their expertise in ERP, ACT, I-CBT, and other evidence-based approaches. Compensation Clinical compensation ranges from $105.95

Clinicians are expected to maintain an average of approximately 20 or more completed clinical hours per week. We are intentionally building a strong in-person specialty practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, and are looking for a psychologist who values working face-to-face with clients. The majority of clinical services are expected to be provided in person at our Scottsdale location. Clinical Focus Our specialty practice specializes in evidence-based treatment for: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Anxiety disorders Related conditions Our clinicians utilize and continue developing expertise in approaches including: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) ERP is a cornerstone of evidence-based OCD treatment, helping clients gradually confront feared situations while reducing reliance on compulsive behaviors. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ACT principles may be incorporated to help clients develop psychological flexibility, change their relationship with difficult internal experiences, and move toward meaningful values-based action. Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) We also value I-CBT as an evidence-based approach to OCD treatment and are interested in clinicians who have experience with, or want to develop additional expertise in, this model. We value clinicians who think critically about treatment and thoughtfully individualize evidence-based interventions rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Candidates do not need to be experts in every treatment modality listed above. We value strong clinicians who are committed to evidence-based practice and interested in continuing to develop their specialty expertise. We will provide training and supervision in these areas. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on each client's presentation, goals, and needs Provide individual psychotherapy primarily in person at our Scottsdale location Provide telehealth services when clinically appropriate Utilize evidence-based interventions including ERP, ACT, I-CBT, CBT, and related cognitive and behavioral approaches Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions based on clinical response Provide psychoeducation to clients and, when clinically appropriate, family members or other supports Assess and appropriately respond to clinical risk and crisis situations Coordinate care with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals when clinically indicated Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements, professional ethics, and applicable Arizona licensing requirements Participate in clinical consultation and professional development Maintain an average caseload of approximately 20 or more completed clinical hours per week Offer several evening appointment hours each week to help meet client scheduling needs What We Offer We want our psychologists spending their time doing the work they were trained to do, not running the administrative side of a private practice.

Outside of those expectations, clinicians have substantial flexibility in designing their schedules. The position is primarily in person in Scottsdale, with flexibility to incorporate telehealth services where appropriate. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution Current individual psychologist license in Arizona License maintained in good standing Independent authorization to provide psychological services in Arizona Ability and willingness to provide services primarily in person in Scottsdale, Arizona Experience providing psychotherapy and conducting clinical assessments Strong interest in specializing in OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions Commitment to evidence-based psychological treatment Familiarity with CBT and related evidence-based interventions Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services Ability to manage an independent caseload while collaborating with a clinical team Ability to maintain approximately 20 or more completed clinical hours per week Willingness to offer several evening appointment hours each week Preferred Qualifications Previous experience treating OCD and anxiety disorders Formal training or clinical experience in ERP Training or experience in ACT Training or experience in I-CBT Experience working in an outpatient or specialty mental health practice Interest in continuing advanced training in OCD and anxiety treatment Interest in obtaining Nebraska psychologist licensure, with licensure costs paid by the practice, to provide virtual OCD and anxiety treatment to Nebraska residents as we expand our services in the state.
