Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Psychologist specializing in Psychological Assessments to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assist in diagnosing and developing personalized treatment plans for diverse client populations. Your expertise will support individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, ensuring they receive evidence-based interventions that promote mental wellness and functional improvement. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing thorough assessments and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Duties Administer, score, and interpret a wide range of psychological tests and assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, neurodevelopmental, and diagnostic evaluations. Conduct mental health diagnostics and intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment strategies. Collaborate with clients, families, schools, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client assessments, treatment progress, and clinical notes in compliance with legal standards. Skills Experience conducting psychological testing and individual psychological assessments across diverse populations. Strong knowledge of mental health diagnostics related to neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other behavioral health conditions. Proficiency in evidence-based interventions including behavioral health therapies like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with varying abilities or neurodevelopmental disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Skilled in crisis intervention techniques with a focus on safety planning and immediate stabilization. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and delivering mental health services remotely while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards. Ability to communicate effectively with clients of all ages through empathetic listening and clear explanations of assessment results or treatment options. $65.00 - $120.00 per hour
