Strengths and Solutions is a growing psychological assessment practice seeking a Florida Licensed Psychologist to join our team on a flexible, part-time contract basis. This is an assessment-only position with no therapy caseload. We offer a 60% compensation split, flexible scheduling, dedicated administrative support, and all testing materials and report templates needed to complete evaluations. The majority of our assessments can be completed via telehealth. Hybrid availability is preferred, ideally with approximately one day per week available for in-person assessments at our Hallandale Beach office. However, a fully remote arrangement may be considered for the right candidate. Assessments Our practice provides psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, including: ADHD and learning disorders Mental health diagnostic evaluations Gifted evaluations Department of Children and Families (DCF

•related evaluations, including ability-to-parent assessments Additional evaluations as clinically indicated Experience conducting autism assessments is a plus . •1,980 per assessment. The lower end of the range reflects brief evaluations, some of which may be completed in approximately two hours, while comprehensive evaluations provide higher compensation.
