Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, and families in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you'll deliver evidence-based care in person and via telehealth, complete diagnostic assessments, and maintain clear EHR documentation. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to a diverse outpatient caseload Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans Deliver therapy in-person and via secure telehealth platforms Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHRCollaborate with clinical leadership and peers for consultation and case review Uphold ethical and legal standards, including risk assessment and safety planning Participate in professional development and trainings offered by Thriveworks Coordinate care with external providers and community resources as appropriate Required Skills Diagnostic assessment and treatment planning Individual psychotherapy Couples and family therapy Crisis assessment and intervention Use of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Clinical documentation and EHR proficiency Risk assessment and safety planning Cultural competence and inclusive practice Telehealth service delivery Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
