Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract Join an Established Practice with a Reputation for Excellence For more than 20 years, Pittington Counseling Services has been a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in Central Florida. Located in downtown Lake Mary, our practice has built long-standing relationships with families, physicians, schools, attorneys, and community partners by providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based mental health care. Our practice specializes in working with adolescents and young adults (ages 10-25) while also serving children, adults, couples, and families. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable clinician who enjoys working with this population and is committed to helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting change. This is an in-person position based in our Lake Mary office. Remote or work-from-home opportunities are not available for this role. We value clinicians who are dependable, team-oriented, and committed to building lasting therapeutic relationships with their clients. About Our Team At Pittington Counseling Services, you'll join a multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health professionals who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and ethical practice. Our clinicians support one another through consultation, shared knowledge, and a commitment to providing the highest quality care. Our established reputation and strong community referral relationships provide clinicians with the opportunity to develop and maintain a consistent caseload while focusing on what matters most, helping clients and their families. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and couples counseling services based on your experience and clinical expertise. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation. Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care. Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Florida law and your licensing board. Contribute positively to a collaborative clinical team. Our Client Population Our clinicians frequently work with clients experiencing: Anxiety and depression ADHD and executive functioning challenges Autism spectrum disorders Trauma and PTSD Emotional regulation and behavioral concerns Family conflict and parenting concerns Relationship difficulties Substance use and co-occurring concerns School, college, and young adult life transitions Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Florida licensure or registered intern status (LMHC, RMHCI, LCSW, RCSWI, LMFT, RMFTI, or equivalent). Experience working with adolescents and families is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Dependable, professional, organized, and committed to providing exceptional client care.
