Our practice specializes in working with adolescents and young adults (ages 10-25) while also serving children, adults, couples, and families. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and couples counseling services based on your experience and clinical expertise. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation. Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care. Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Florida law and your licensing board. Contribute positively to a collaborative clinical team. Our Client Population Our clinicians frequently work with clients experiencing: Anxiety and depression ADHD and executive functioning challenges Autism spectrum disorders Trauma and PTSD Emotional regulation and behavioral concerns Family conflict and parenting concerns Relationship difficulties Substance use and co-occurring concerns School, college, and young adult life transitions Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Florida licensure or registered intern status (LMHC, RMHCI, LCSW, RCSWI, LMFT, RMFTI, or equivalent). Experience working with adolescents and families is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Dependable, professional, organized, and committed to providing exceptional client care.
