Join a growing neuropsychology-driven brain wellness practice with established referral relationships and immediate opportunity to build a psychotherapy caseload. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling with the potential to transition into a full-time role as demand grows. Company Description Ponte Vedra Neuropsychology is a neuropsychology-driven brain wellness practice integrating evidence-based assessment, psychotherapy, and lifestyle-focused interventions to support cognitive health across the lifespan. Our mission is to help individuals optimize brain function, navigate life transitions, and promote cognitive wellness through clinical care, education, and prevention. We are a growing, collaborative practice that values compassion, innovation, clinical excellence, and whole-person care. We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team and provide psychotherapy services to adults, older adults, and caregivers. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside neuropsychologists and other health professionals in a unique specialty practice focused on brain health, aging, and wellness. Position Highlights Established referral sources with opportunity for immediate caseload growth Part-time position with opportunity to transition to full-time as the practice grows Flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy Collaborative environment with neuropsychologists and other healthcare professionals Opportunity to develop specialty programs related to brain wellness, caregiver support, and dementia prevention Supportive administrative infrastructure so clinicians can focus on patient care Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adult outpatient clients, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment to medical concerns, caregiver stress, grief, and life transitions Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions Complete timely clinical documentation consistent with ethical, legal, and professional standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on cognitive health and whole-person wellness Participate in development of brain wellness, caregiver, and dementia prevention initiatives as the practice expands Qualifications Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) Outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred; motivated licensed clinicians with strong clinical judgment and commitment to growth are encouraged to apply Interest or experience working with adults, older adults, caregivers, or health-related concerns preferred Commitment to evidence-based practice, compassionate care, and a prevention-oriented approach to brain health Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment Ideal candidates have interest in working with adults experiencing adjustment to medical conditions, cognitive changes, caregiver stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. CBT-I training preferred Compensation & Benefits $50-$60 per completed clinical session, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunity for increased compensation as caseload grows.
