Our experience has served the community close to 10 years, providing comprehensive psychological services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We provide clinical services, consultation, and training using evidence-based approaches. We are seeking a self-motivated, licensed psychologist or license-eligible (permit holder) therapist to become part of our diverse family of professionals. Ideal Psychologist Should Have:

Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills Skills to communicate/collaborate effectively with parents, family members, school professionals, and other care team individuals Expertise providing psychological/therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults Experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of diagnostic presentations Experience using electronic health record (EHR) is preferred but not required Open to supervisory relationship and feedback 2-3 days onsite availability for in-person therapy sessions (daytime or evening hours to support weekly caseload of 10 - 15 client sessions. Hybrid format for virtual therapy sessions is also accepted. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Complete intakes/structured interviews for newly assigned cases Case management and consultations with collateral sources (i.e. school, tutor, psychiatrist, physician, etc.), as needed Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain progress toward treatment goals Complete crisis/risk assessments (as needed) Attend weekly/bi-weekly supervision with Balanced Insight founder/director

Compensation:

Highly competitive compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings; average earnings in the range of $ 145,000 - $150,000+ annually

Education/Qualifications:

Doctoral degree from APA-accredited program in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD), required Licensed to practice in New Jersey and/or post-doctoral candidate eligible for licensure in New Jersey (permit holder) Thank you for taking the time to explore a career with us.
