Job Summary Aligned Living Psychological Services (ALPS) is growing our psychological assessment services and looking for an experienced psychologist or LPA to join us on a flexible, part-time contract basis. We have strong existing referral demand for autism evaluations across the lifespan and pediatric/young adolescent ADHD evaluations, and are looking for a clinician interested in helping us expand this area of the practice. This is an assessment-only role—consultation, testing, report writing, and feedback—with no therapy caseload or other clinical responsibilities required. ALPS provides the referrals, testing space and materials, scoring resources, EHR, and administrative infrastructure, while clinicians maintain substantial flexibility over their schedule and availability. Compensation is based on a percentage of collected assessment revenue and is expected to average approximately $135-$160 per clinical hour worked at our current fee structure. We envision starting with approximately 2-3 evaluations per month during an initial 6-9 month contract, with the goal of developing the position into a larger and potentially full-time role for the right clinician.
