Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Postdoctoral Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced clinical skills in a dynamic environment, providing mental health assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention across diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in evidence-based interventions, clinical diagnostics, and patient care within outpatient Practice settings. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals across age groups, including children with neurodevelopmental disorders and adults with trauma-related conditions. Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring safety and stabilization. Collaborate with medical teams to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical guidelines and patient needs. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical standards. Supervise clinical interns or junior staff members, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to expand access to mental health services while ensuring quality patient communication. Experience Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field from an accredited institution. Postdoctoral training with supervised experience in mental health diagnostics, psychotherapy, and patient assessment. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse mental health conditions including autism spectrum disorders (ASD), trauma-related disorders, PTSD, addiction issues, and neurodevelopmental disabilities. Demonstrated competence in administering psychological testing and behavioral health assessments. Experience working within hospital or outpatient settings with familiarity of inpatient or outpatient care protocols. Knowledge of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health strategies, and psychotherapeutic techniques tailored for various populations. Telehealth therapy experience is highly desirable along with familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical records management.
